We’re delighted to share with you another Boat Folk II story, filmed at the #AWBF2023.
Young #AWBFnextgen, Saul shares his story of taking on a wooden boat in need of some serious work. Mark Chew from Southern Woodenboat Sailing also dove a little deeper into the design of Wendy Rose, and his article can be read here.
Saul has again expressed interest in displaying Wendy Rose at the AWBF2025. With his entry stating it was always a dream to have her at the AWBF, as a proud volunteer, he aims to do so again in February!
Expressions of interest for boats afloat will be closing in September, so we do encourage you to get your EOI form in as soon as possible. As you can imagine, the docking plan requires a lot of time and work, so this is something we do start preparing now.
Once you have entered an EOI, we will be in touch via email to advise if we can offer you a berth OR a place on the waitlist for the AWBF 2025.
