Commercial Exhibitors

The Maritime Marketplace is now a significant part of our event. Exhibitors are given the opportunity to showcase their services and products, directly to not only boat owners but also to the general public giving you access to over 150,000 boat lovers. Princes Wharf 1 becomes a hive of all things nautical over the four Festival days.

STANDARD exhibitor stall - $1,990 + GST each (4 maximum per company). *PW1 (Maritime Marketplace Hall) is nearly at capacity. Please do register but you may go on the waitlist*
This includes 3x3m display space for the 4 Festival days, a listing on the AWBF website & in the printed program.

PREMIUM ADD ON option - additional $1,450 + GST (ALLOCATION NOW EXHAUSTED).
This includes a fully tailored editorial in our AWBF enews (5000+ subscribers), a tailored post on each of our SM channels (20,000+ reach), a premium listing on our website and 2 tickets to an exclusive networking event.

Not-For-Profit Exhibitors

Promoting a community group???

Not-For-Profit Organisations are encouraged to register for the AWBF, as we have a small number of sites available for the purpose of raising funds. Compared to a commercial stall, the Not For Profit stalls are dispersed around the Festival site and should be for raising awareness and providing a service to the community (excluding Government Departments).

The AWBF provides a great opportunity for community groups to gain exposure and promote their cause. If your NFP group aligns with our goal of promoting and preserving maritime culture and celebrating history, we invite you to register.


The stalls are limited and are available for $650 + GST each.
