Start your day right sipping Tasmanian sparkling on the calm morning waters of the Derwent with Captain Marty Woods and Chef Eloise Emmett.
During this one-off exclusive Festival event, Award winning Tasmanian Publisher, Author, Chef, Stylist and Photographer Eloise Emmett will curate a menu that showcases seasonal Tasmanian produce paired with delicious, local sparkling wine.
The event will be hosted dockside aboard the Tall Ship Soren Larsen, a classic Brigantine which was built in Scandinavia and has sailed the world since, from Greenland to Africa, Europe, Australia and the South Pacific. Soren Larsen regularly appears in film, having featured in The French Lieutenants Wife, Shackleton, and many others.
You will have the opportunity to participate in an intimate tour of the vessel from the Captain and Crew, a casual Q&A on all things cooking from a top chef and feast and sup on the freshest Tasmanian produce, as you watch the Festival come to life.
Price: $90 + Eventbrite booking fee, per person
When: 8:30am - 10:30am, Sunday 12th, 2023
