Introducing our smartphone app for AWBF 2017.

Why a smartphone app? AWBF has always tried to make it easy for our subscribers to receive and share news and information about the festival.  NewsBlogs, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter channels are popular methods of publishing these days. And as the readership on channels continues to grow, we hope we are on the right track.

We have now developed a free Festival smartphone app to enable visitors to have the festival program and other handy information in their pocket. The app connects to all our updates about the festival, so you always have the latest information.

Why should I download the AWBF app?

Besides the festival program, the app includes a map of the festival grounds to help visitors unfamiliar with the layout. (You can always ask a volunteer for assistance, too!) Then there’s the Boat Directory to find more information on the boats on display. Information updates are provided by the News, Facebook and Twitter sections so you can quickly find the latest stories – and share them with your friends.
