The Tasmanian Seafood Industry Council (TSIC) has pulled out all the stops to present a fantastic display at the MyState Australian Wooden Boat Festival. Not just an exhibition, but an active show that features the history of the Tasmanian fishing industry, lively talks on current fishing practices and an exciting session with two of Australia’s best-known celebrity chefs, Rodney Dunn of the Agrarian Kitchen and Tetsuya Wakuda, Tasmania’s brand ambassador and internationally regarded as a champion for our island state. Free tickets for this Saturday morning masterclass will be the hottest item on the program. Click on the link on the TSIC website from 20 January, but be quick!
